<<Manu has a market cap of $460M which is about two times forward sales, and is attractive from an acquisition price as well. >>

No question about it, a PSR of less than 4 for a software company with Gross Margins better than 60% is a SCREAMING buy. When Ascend Communications went from 80 down to 22, the lowest the PSR ever got was 3.8 This is a rule of thumb that is like money in the bank. I'm sure that this point is not lost on SAP, which can either spend millions and years trying to get in the business...or consider buying MANU right here right now...CHEAP....Don't wait for any more downside....Incidentally, the last comment made by Mr. Gibson on the call is very telling:

"Well, hopefully we'll meet under much better circumstances for this conference after the next quarter."

This tells me Bill Gibson sees this as being turnable in one quarter. Buying heavily.....Tek
