we have been accumulating SWEBF shares for at least 12 months and as recent as this morning...we also may be wrong...we believe in this management team and that is what we are investing in...we have learned our lesson with investing in superior product(s) led by clueless management teams...viz a viz Gil (no shareholder value creation) Amelio and Gerstner, Mr. shareholder value...the Rabinses/Investment Banker(s) simply need to aggressively create a bidding war re: SoftQuad Inc 'spin-off' optimally with IBM, Oracle, Sun, Netscape, Sybase, SGI, Computer Associates, Symantec, Macromedia, CMGI, Adobe, Microsoft...optimally win the LHSPF arbitration [not critical] and spend some [really] smart $ on the launch of ONLINE merchant (the? potential internet killer app]....NewKidCo looks very promising but video gaming is a different animal and simply requires considerable and brilliant marketing/advertising including aggressive/pervasive eCommerce sales/marketing from a DISNEY-like website....bottomline...SWEBF looks significantly better today than they did yesterday and they looked significantly better yesterday than they did last year...
