I'd like you all to dig deeper into this mess just to see if we have been truly scammed or if there was some real potential in this merger.

Ditto. That's what I want to know.

Let's see...

When I called and talked to CVIA, they said the Reg S money was "in the bank". Anyone else told this? If you call now, Jack will tell you CVIA "loaned" the money to WOTD way back when. Unless WOTD is also registered as a bank, Jack LIED and he got caught!

He then files another Reg S with the SEC, and tells folks the $1M is in escrow. Call him now, and he'll tell you the second Reg S never went through cause the merger hasn't gone through. Did Jack LIE and get caught again? I wonder if WOTD is also registered as an "escrow company"?

My vote is that Jack does not have a real plan and is a liar. As I would tell my kids,

"JACK, you've made some BAD decisions...AND you got caught"

BTW - Can a pharmacist loose his license if found guilty on ethical and moral charges in a civil suit? In a criminal one, it wouldn't matter, as he would be behind bars...
