just spoke with tom richfield, he said that they are working hard at getting a press release out soon on their latest endeavor. the attorneys are passing faxes back and forth and that could delay a pr for a few days. he couldnt say obviously what the endeavor was but that it would make shareholders happy with the company and their vision for increased shareholder value. this may or not be the news of the merger that all have been waiting for. but the nerger news has been talked about by the old threadsters here for a long time. i may have jumped the gun thinking this is the week for the big news, but if it is the fax passing news tom is referring too, it cant be far. i apologize if my timing is off, but my facts of the news arent. when is not as important as if when you are long. its gotta be close though. macker ps. the company is buying back more shares he said as well.
