Eventually they go back up, but the effect can be defening ... the weak who have not checked out the company run for the door to try to beat the crowd. The result is that there are a lot of folks at the door at the same time and the price tanks. BUT, in the case of this one, you can expect a rebound because of two reasons: 1) the name change and 2) this company has what it takes ...
