Ted & Syn, This rumor, regarding Phillips, has actually floated around the CRUS offices over the past year. Also, Phillips is in the process, if they haven't done so already, of opening a facility in Fremont about two miles from the Cirrus campus. Now that may have nothing to do with Cirrus. My understanding is that they are going to do some type of assembly and distribution there. However, I personally, have always thought that National and Cirrus would be a good marriage. Remember Pico Power? Also, now that Cyrx and NSM are married, they could use some of the IP Cirrus has in the PC business. JMO. Calvin Scott
