AB Watley Inc. has a corporate philosophy of letting our products and level of customer service speak for itself without lowering ourselves to desparate marketing of our service on threads dedicated to other products. We will, however, respond to your posting on our thread to clear up some of your own confusion about our service and the industry in general. While AB Watley does in fact use the Townsend software platform that other firms use, AB Watley owns and maintains all Server hardware, communications, data feed circuits, exchange circuits, etc.. Rather than a customer having to call their online brokerage firm to have that representative call their head office which will in turn call their service bureau to address a system or trade problem, AB Watley customers reach the source with a single phone call. As for the rest of your shameless attempt to market your service on a thread set for AB Watley UltimateTrader clients and perspective clients, my only comment is that AB Watley Inc. will never post on threads dedicated to other products without invitation. We would rather stand on the strength of our products and support services than try to prey on the inexperience or weakness of others. AB Watley as a firm has always been able to admit to our fualts and have used them to build the most reliable system available today. AB Watley was the first brokerage to offer this type of service and have gone through the growing pains that you and other firms who are new to this arena undoubtedly will face in the future. As you yourself have stated the platforms used are worthless unless they are reliable and AB Watley has learned the hard way, as you will too, that you have to make your product impenetrable to any adversity. Over the last three months AB Watley has undergone a tremendous systemic upgrade on all levels of hardware, software, communications, etc. and we can honestly state that we are now the most stable platform available today. In closing sir I would like to thank you for your input on our thread but would like to ask that in the future you please refrain. I am quite sure that you own customers could benefit better if you spent your time making sure that they were satisfied (i.e. post #815 on your own thread). All in all sir it comes down to this, there are two things that a trader needs to feel comfortable enough to be able to concentrate on trading alone. The first is reliability, which as I stated earlier we have insured, second is the kind of company that you are dealing with, and I can say that AB Watley Inc. as a firm has always taken the high road in all facets of our business which allows me to sleep very well at night. So the question becomes sir.... ...can You? AB Watley Inc.
