Ratan, <I apologise for the problems we californians caused you when you were our guest.> Paying quest....you should see my tax return:>) <But what the heck were you doing living in a house that was built on mud or on the water (and how did you live in 2 places at the same time)> With the right kind of shaking...your land could turn to mud...<g> <driving in areas that were clearly designated as danger zones> The criminals were very very mobil in So Cal.....if they did not have a car...they would borrow yours... <And waht was your role in the riots> Mostly ducking and hiding <Didnt anyone tell you not to stop at 7-11's specially at 2 in the morning.> As I recall...So Cal....was a 24/7 equal opportunity crime scene.<ggg> But I must admit...one of the best amusement rides was in my own bathroom.....bathroom bowl during a quake.....no charge!
