R1: an evident pattern on DGIV deployment throughout the world is Mr. Chin's objective to work with local finantial and/or industrial groups. Therefore one should not be surprised if the news release states that he has set up a J.V. with group X or Y and little or no info is available. There are many many medium or large groups throughout the world that have received little or no press coverage, in terms of the western news media. And, as we put our strength to support this venture from our little part of the world (I mean this thread), so will the other stakeholders/ shareholders do their part. Whoever they are, wherever they are. This, R1, is one of the great things that a really globalized world can bring us
