Hello Gull I was impressed with the balance and equity of the Mail & Guardian articles posted. Larry, if I am not mistaken, all diamonds mine in the RSA must be offered for sale through the SA Diamond Bourse (not sure of the name). They have the right of first refusal as I understand it so offering any production to DeBeers I am not sure is an option. On the other hand, it might be under consideration by the Minister to offer some DeBeers lands confiscated by the government, to SUF in compensation. Possibly some other lands the government maintains in its inventory with proven potential? This might help motivate a settlement. Just a thought. Regards
