WEll that little tid bit is a tad disturbing.TO say the least!!!!!!!I have to take responsibility for my lack of due diligence more small print that we missed certainly explains the sell off,Thanks for your candor.I was worried about dilution we can only hope Mink is current on payments as this is clearly how big fish eat little fish.Ashton was not particularly pleased with mink after loosing a lot of last years season over strike issues with the locals .I would believe this potential change in material facts would almost require a news release after discussing it openly with some shareholders and not others.Shocked Jim

I think what Orly told you was that Ashton has to make up their minds if they want to stay with the "pipe". If they leave the pipe then Mink owns 100% and can shop for a new deal on that pipe. If they stay then Ashton will spend a few million developing the mine.
