unfortunately, enough people will always react by selling stock
if the mm's walk it down a few percent. I have seen this
enough times on other threads (pnlk is a particularly sad
example) to know that all we can do is hang on and wait.
All the exhortations in the world wont stop the "weak
hands" from selling, and I dont know if we have enough
resources to effectively control a float (see infe). So,
we should hold as best we can and hope that others will
have the same fath in the company as we do.
What strikes me as odd is that people
react to these dips as if they have their pensions riding
on this stock and are going to be penniless until they
die. If you are not betting the farm on this stock, why
go nuts? Why waste your time with mm shills? Think of it
as an education in investing , which hopefully wont be
too expensive.
