they had, what looked like clips, of both the asenio (sp) guy talking how company has no value, and how brokerage was front running the stock. then, the ceo, darby, refuted the charges, called the action illegal. cnbc mention ccsi has fda approval and that ccsi had contacted the nasdaq,and sec..also considering legal action. that is my memory of it...hope it is close to accurate stock had short jump during story, settled back near 7, then ran at the close to 7 1/2 beachcomber
