Hello Folks: I've been away from this thread for awhile, so please bear with me if I restate the obvious or cover what was already discussed:

Question: Has W-CDMA been adopted by any standards body?

Question: Regardless whether SK Telecom or anyone else wants to adopt W-CDMA, don't they still have to pay royalties to Qualcomm?

Question: I get the impression that QC's licensing fees are reasonable; therefore, they shouldn't have the same problem Sony had with Betamax. Right?

Thanks
