What are the reasons for holding this stock any longer?

1) it is so low, selling it would destroy my sanity

2) it may become profitable by Christmas '98

3) admitting to all those who said to sell while in the mid-teens that they were right

4) maybe bought out at these levels

5) maybe management will be purged

6) can't go any lower

7) may make money back from shareholder lawsuit

Problems with holding any longer

1) if cash crunch required second offering six months ago, which flopped, how can tmsr produce the force feed back wheel, console products, etc ...

2) competitors are coming out with improved wheels so tmsr has lost its edge in that product arena

3) inept marketing team means future loss opportunities with respect to nascar licensing, etc... will only continue

4) not going to be profitable until Christmas '98

I started this post with the intent of being serious, but, honestly, only my pride is keeping me in this dog; should of sold long ago.
