Yahoo has a new feature: Insider Trading. Or in the case of S3, insider exercising (at $4) and insider selling (at $17). It is staggering to see in black and white the veritable stampede of the insiders to bail out a year ago. According to the site, there is no indication of any open market purchase by an insider nor any insider trading whatsoever for the past year. Why wouldn't they be rushing to buy shares at the current "bargain" market price? It is almost as low as their exercise prices. Here's the url:
