Michael.... you offer no facts, present no sources, and respond to no one's notes. This seemingly baseless "throw the bomb and run" technique that you use would lead a guy to believe that you may be short CPQ. Please respond with some credible information, make me believe that your posts are not unfounded, and tell me I'm wrong. El

I'll remind you all the downturn happened on half average volume. CPQ holding up pretty well lately. Also, no preannouncement yet!

not a good sign with the dec vote tomorrow
The stock price is higher now than when the deal was announced. Also most of the votes were by mail, reports are more than 9:1 in favor, so I think the meeting is just pro-forma to vote the big proxy blocks.
