Jaunita:

Just got off phone w/ WV Coal Assoc. Trying to get a handle on how mineral & surface rights vs. exploitation are handled. Bottom line is it varies a lot. Sometimes a rights holder will lease their rights for a royalty. Sometimes the exploitation company owns the rights. And sometimes the rights holder will just contract a mining company. His comments were also that "yeah, there's alot of coal, oil & gas in those counties. Probably more gas than oil."

FWIW,

Eric

That would be great Juanita. Here you can add some of my questions.

Have they begun an exploration program on their properties?

What are the current proven reserve estimates?

Can they provide geological reports from accredited geologists to support the current claims in their press releases?

Is there any bona fide report on their assets, other than the vague USGS estimates?
