Rick,
no that's not the thing of the 14 million common equivalent. He converted * SOME * of PREF B to PREF A and sold that on the open market. As I conceive it this violates SEC rule 144 (most of all) and there are other fraudulent incidents.

That's the number of stock that will have to be bought back. Not the 14 million. The 14 million will be cancelled but the number that will have to be bought back is another item.
