Decided to follow up further on my DD. Feeling a little stupid after buying on news. Could someone explain to me the insider trades last April? biz.yahoo.com How could someone sell 800,000 shares of LTGL stock for $12,000,000 if the entire float is worth only $6,500,000 that's 0.065x100,000,000. Two trades like this were made so $24,000,000 or 3x float were sold. I haven't been in this game very long so I don't understand what this means. Are they simply registering the shares?
