I could be wrong and if i am sorry,but wasnt your view on this subject a few days ago on SI the opposite? ?{the capital structure remaining the same part} I've been quoting the same section from the 8-K : "7.04 LIMITATION ON EQUITY. ...the capital structure will be such that if the same were undertaken on the date hereof", meaning, it must remain the same. Do your answers change to keep you on the negative side ? No, I just keep them the same to keep me on the negative side. :) No apology needed, it's an honest mistake. How any of us can keep these threads straight is amazing. BF
