RFF,

If I'm not mistaken, House needed to excersise those options. Looks like he held on to 80%. I also believe he owns several hundred thousand shares outright which he is NOT selling.

Interesting to see Ludwick and cronies had to bail out in the teens and low twenties. :-)

it is not uncommon to sell shares to have the money to exercise the
options. keep in mind house picked up a net 800k shares.
