Any "REASONING" for your $12/bbl oil projection other than the obvious?

Yes, UTI will be a penny stock soon, and oil will be replaced with Solar energy. The tragedy is that I can't buy more, but I don't care. I now own MDCO also, and if my CS or Awre hits while Oil is down, I am free to buy more UTI and MDCO. The lower the sector sinks, the more of "one of life's little winners" becomes apparent.
This is one set back that is Margin A-OK !!
