That and Asian weakness. The threat being CMVT's better than expected Asian performance, still weak, could get weaker do to lack of capital in Asia, otherwise naturally they'd spend the money which lowers costs.

Just because GIRARD FRANCIS E, a director of CMVT, planned to sell
3000 shares does not justify the recent decline in the stock price.
