I have no position in ICVI, long or short, but indulge my observation: Some things never change. I watched ICVI get pumped last week and millions of shares changed hands to what appeared to be individual investors. Now, shares have been getting dumped throughout the past five days and eventually, the share price will return to it's original pre-pump valuation.

I've watched it happen to hundreds of BB stocks that are easily moved and manipulated by well known pushers and hypesters. What many individual investors don't realize is that 95% of all BB stocks are guano. There is a reason why they trade on the OTC and pink sheets. Of course, ICVI may just be that 5% that many here envision it to be but the odds are against it.

Inevitably, some will question my motivations but I have no agenda to pump or dump this stock, I'm just interested to see that it has garnered a lot of supporters even as the price sinks ever lower.

Re: WV GAs Prices:

wvonga.com rate increase picking up steam Mountaineer seeks $22.3 million hike

<<The filing comes in the wake of failed negotiations between Mountaineer and the PSC's Consumer Advocate Division last fall to
extend a current three-year moratorium that freezes prices until Oct. 31, 1998. Mountaineer Gas said it needs the increase to
cover the cost of gas. The proposed increase also includes a small surcharge to replace lines.

"Negotiations did not go well and, quite honestly, the price of gas went up," said Karen Macon, senior vice president of
marketing and regulatory affairs for Mountaineer. "Prices did not cooperate and we were unable to put together a deal that was
satisfactory to all parties." Gas costs make up about 75 percent of a customer bill. At about $5 per thousand cubic feet,
Mountaineer's gas rates are among the lowest in the state.>>

AND

<<Hope Gas, which serves customers in the northern part of West Virginia, filed for a $14 million rate increase on Tuesday as
well. "We had a double whammy," Gregg said. >>

To Mark N -

THANK YOU so much for the summary of today. What an EXCELLENT idea. I suggest you post it again in an hour or two for people getting home from work who can't go back through the thread. Maybe post it every hour. One of the best things to ever appear here.

Raven

Mnispel,

That is GREAT!!! I LOVE your summary. And yes, you are right about the posts being too many, of which I have been one of the guilty ones, but how do we go about posting a summary every day? I know what! We don't have to!

We can just take the informative posts, and put them up over on the information thread and then anyone who doesn't have the time or the inclination can just ignore the rest. What do you think? That's what we do over on DGIV. And it seems to work really well.
