It is very curious about the "links" between Digitcom-UAE, and S. American Countries. Could the common denominator be: 1. Fiber networks that are already in place connecting these countries? (seems to me DGIV is where the fiber cables are) 2. (Maybe) strategic alliances have been agreed to by the various countries and DGIV? It is a very interesting puzzle piece commander. Fiber is not limited by oceans, and the world is becoming a global village. It's a great time to be alive.
