I am aware that Mike S. has been selling stock since he was allowed to after the Illustra acquisition. His financial advisors encouraged him to diversify, and he was already planning to. He got badly burned with his Ingres experience and to his credit did not want to have the same thing happen twice. He also was the largest individual stockholder (excludes funds, VCs, etc.) in Informix after the acquisition. He still holds a lot of stock.

MM games with the options. Price of stock moves down from close which is now attracting interest at 7, and the option quote instead of moving down with the price of the stock has remained with the same ask but a lower bid.

The MM in the stock is evidently attempting to attract interest at 7. There were purchases at the open which I think he shorted to fill. Some selling came in after the first half an hour. Prints started showing up at 7 1/32 and now 7. The prints started small and now more 1,000 or over blocks are showing up at this price. Looks like now the price broke through 7 and is testing new intraday lows.

Just my opinion of course.
