Silly or not, there are two ways to deal with a problem 1) address it directly. 2) eliminate it. In this case, #1 would not work because those that have done their DD already know the correct answers. #2 works because they can leave ICVI behind and move on ... Still, after the name change, this stock will go up. As to before, I am not hopeful :-(
