Dan Fisher is now wanted by the FBI... Ok I have not been able to verify there is a warrant for Dan ... I was told this by an apparent dissident shareholder of Novagaz. Since I canot verify all I know is the post the following information: Ann Fielder in charge of the Texas Security Dept. 214 630-8681... The FBI agent's name Steve Kleinlein 412 720-2200 ... You will get all the information you need. This by the way is a task force. As far as a background check goes ... There was a 200 page questionaire which Dan never filled out and always gave an excuse which apparently was good enough to avoid do it. All other board member and directors did however. So basically he could have used the excuse that he was doing deals. GB Heck anyone can hide stuff ... besides Dan told me his attorney have a full disclosure on him. I guess not.. could not get his attorney to sendit to me. Nor the 4 page opinion.
