What makes you say that about MIDL???

Nothing fundamentally has changed. DF-144 plant construction is proceeding on schedule or slightly ahead of schedule. DF-144 is the real thing and has been verified countless of times. Want to talk fundamentals they should be discussed in the apppropriate Arcon thread. exchange2000.com

It is slightly disconcerting that an insider has committed fraud, but the company is doing the right things and taking apporpriate action. If the company didn't then I'd be concerned.

The fully diluted outstanding shares has been significantly reduced as a result of this action, and any shares illegally sold by Fisher that hit the market will have to be bought back by either him or the brokerage.
