Peep,
In our case this relates well to what we could see. What we must remember is that our deal will solely be based on revenues. If Joe was going to keep DCI afloat for about another year or so then we could have been looking at a buyout based on earnings. I believe that DCI will remain profitable throughout it's M&A phase and this will help to accelerate getting an offer or offers to buy the company.

As far as the stock goes I would think the completion of the Locus deal will be a driving force in moving this stock to the next level. Edge has been an acquisition that most companies search for forever and never find. That has seemed to solidify the stock at about the $2 level. I think that Locus is the same type of deal, a good solid company already in profits and the completion of that should make some new money sit up and take notice. People sell for there own reasons and I would guess that we see some profit taking from the $1.50 level we were at recently. Not everyone reads SI or does DD on what they own. So when we see sellers step in, the best thing is to be ready to take up the opportunity to get some cheap shares. Congrats to all that have been able to do that.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
