You don't. I put in a market order to buy this morning before the market opened and got filled at 33 7/16. I flipped the shares when they hit 37 1/16. Since there was a large number of buy orders before the stock even opened, it is up to the MM to bring the shares to market at the price that the market deems reasonable; in this case, it was in the 30 range.

I'll look to buy again if it dips to 32 tomorrow for another 3-4 point day trade.
