Hello Barbara . J. Payne:

" has 75000 options to buy CCSI" -- if I recall the options for buying CCSI were sold at an average price of $1.87, I am sure it was less than $2--sold of course to private parties. If correct, then this becomes a million dollar question for the doc in question. However, docs providing endorsements without the full regalia of their credentials and reference to their institution and its reputation should be taken with a grain of salt. There must be a clear reputation at stake--or a misrepresentation that carries attendant liabilities.

IMO, colorimetric technology for bilirubin monitoring has no premium value whatsoever and represents vintage technology. And in medical devices, unless you have clear advantages to your device, the practitioners will tend to stick with the historical products, not a new equivalent. A quick rude thought--maybe CCSI is trying to sell colorimetry to the colorblind....

I think I am short some CCSI, and look for more at steps above (a few hundred shares per 2 pts--doubt if 12 will be realized though). The time frame for holding would be typical for the filing of class action suits as well as I have doubts there is going to be another institutional $20M subsidy program in the wings with the appalling involvement of Dreyfus according to recent reports.

Best regards,
m
