Futebol is not a game of luck

I disagree....

Scotland's own goal turned out to be Brazil's unearned victory in this initial game, the rebound was not going anywhere the net, until the Scottish defender encounter the ball and into the net.

Having said that F£tbol is WON by skill and stamina.

I will admit that opening games are tense, and dull, but I can not see that Brazil could have a lot of pressure.

In the final minutes, I could not believe Brazil playing like little mice, with fear to go forward, and that was against the unimaginative Scotts who simply sat there waiting for some miraculous event that would allow them to score.

Towards the end, Brazil keeping the ball, playing like mini-superheroes, just waiting for the game to end is the reason why the score was only 2 x 1 Had the Scotts scored a tie, boy, oh boy, Brazil would be in trouble.

I did not see Morocco worried, perhaps a little too enthusiastic, and the lack of a solid defense gave away the great effort of the forwards

If Brazil keeps playing the way they play today, it will be Samba [and curtains], all the way back to R¡o.

In any event a victory is a victory, it is what matters. I do hope that they turn on the magic.
