It is the blind supporters and cheerleaders that always seem to stay too long and end up losing their shirts. >> the price went up along with the volume. And now that the price is going down, the volume is much lower. << When the price was going up, someone had to supply those shares that the frenzy was buying into. The shares that you see being sold now may simply be impatient or wary hands jumping out now that the price is declining. Others will hold, hoping for a spike, so I would not expect every share that was bought last week to be sold at this point.
