There are still percentage points to be made on the downside if ICVI hits it's pre-pump price in the next couple of days. >> I don't understand the dump portion of the your argument... << A sharp decline in the price of an OTC equity that has run up in short time would usually imply a dump in progress. The printing of shares also contributes to a price decline though it is unclear if this has happened with ICVI.
