From an MM perspective, if ICVI hit $1+ last week and MMs in the box took large short positions, it is doubtful that they would be covering now. There are still percentage points to be made on the downside if ICVI hits it's pre-pump price in the next couple of days.

A sharp decline in the price of an OTC equity that has run up in short time would usually imply a dump in progress. The printing of shares also contributes to a price decline though it is unclear if this has happened with ICVI.
