Regarding "pump and dump" I believe there is nothing at all wrong with making others aware of a stock you are excited about, even to the point of "hyping" to some extent. What's wrong is implying knowledge that doesn't exist or flat out lying about information or news. Also, looking to hype the stock up so you can sell immediately is pretty crappy, but I guess that's why they call it pump and dump. I'm planning on holding TSIS for a while, and I wont hesitate to tell others if they having good earnings or other good news come out!
