Jin, I just spoke with Steve Corso to see how the accounting work is coming. They're working on it and the exact time frame is still unknown but

1. The full audit will included Firamada and Myriad through 1997.
2. Given the time for the SEC filing, full information on financials will be included through March 1998.
3. Final share count information will be included as of the date of the SEC filing as provided by the attorney.

Once the audit is complete, I will contact FAMH's attorney who I previously spoke to. The LA firm was recently retained by FAMH. I will talk to the attorney about the time required for filing with the SEC. On average, it should be about three weeks after the financials are completed.
