And don't forget they are broke, have a proxy vote pending to issue additional 5 mill preferred shares, and want to do a 1 for 5 reverse split. Not good signs, and they are still losing money. Some of the newcomers probably don't realize just how fast a Phizer can disappear with their support (and they will unless everything goes perfectly according to their expectations).
