Good point Tod, I see from one of the links that there must be two Mountain Energy, Inc. Jonathan H. Winer was named president of Mountain Energy Inc., a subsidiary of Green Mountain Power Corp. Winer had been vice president/COO of the firm since it was founded in 1989. (04/97) vermontguides.com That seems more than a little confusing. How can they name themselves the same thing and be in the same business? This doesn't smell right. Where is Mountain Energy, Inc/ICVI incorporated? Better get back to the articles of Incorporation to see what's going on here.
