Anyone care to speculate what kind of strategic plans they may have to offer in early July? Today was an opportunity to load up at fire sale. I got some at 1-5/8. Hope the worst is over..IMHO. Regards, JK

THE STOCK COULD BE BETWEEN 2.25 AND 4.25! You're right about one thing. This is a turn around play. Pure and simple. We're betting that mgmt. can make a go of Smith & Hawken and somehow get that fitness division on the right "track". Agree the stock seems cheap here, but then these guys are hemorrhaging quite badly at present. Until they articulate the details of a turn around (not to mention execute on it) the stock goes nowhere. At least at these levels the downside is limited! BV
