jmt: You are asking good questions. I would rather you obtain the information concerning the loan collateral, patent coverage, etc. directly from the company. As far as Ed's leaving the company it was his decision to go back to farming as that is what he really enjoys and had the opportunity to purchase a citrus farm, which he did and which has been much improved with the application of soil additives such as gypsum. Ed and the company are still on very good terms and he keeps abreast of the situation. His family does own stock in the company. I believe I posted his tel number on a previous post if you would want to talk to him directly about this. I have not had time to contact the company lately. Sorry. Take care,

What's happening with this company. Where do you think the stock will be in 3-6 months from now.
