Tom C. (my brother's name and initial), I am watching and when I have info from the RMGG angle, I will post. From what I understand, Litchfield is a well-funded holding company that likes so "spread around their holdings" into various ventures. I believe they have a winner with two of their main acquisitions (GEGI and RMGG), even though officially, they aren't quite complete with the latter.

Biofarm and Rocky Mountain Ginseng make a very synergistic team when it comes to product and means to market. I have followed up as many directions as I can and will post on the RMGG board as I hear more. Good to see this part of the businesses "open for business".
