Mark, Is NOVL the only tech stock under legal action that you can think of??? How about CS, COMS, ASND, SGI, IFMX, IOM, SYBS, INTC, MSFT.....the list goes on, and on, and on. Just curious if you think that NOVL's case has more merit and risk, as an investment decision, than those I have listed above. Regards, QuadK

Mark, You made a statement in your posting. I am asking you to clarify / justify your statement. Looking into the past in many cases is not a good indication of predicting the future - ESPECIALLY IN RECOVERY SITUATIONS. So I ask you again. Please clarify why you feel that rumour and propaganda have helped NOVL stock? You made the statement. I lot of people on here would like to hear why you feel that way. I hope you had some reasoning behind the statements you made because so far I see no logic in them. Stop spending your time researching me and focus on the question posed to you. Toy
