I did not post to make any false claims. I know that news is scarce. R.W. Beck has been around in the Utility industry for many years. Now the joint venture that everyone is aware of T/B. Tava makes there reports but very little if anything will come out of T/B. People speak of the Utilities but no news. The problem is alive and action is being done. Hiring is not a problem. The problem is scheduling/timing of start and complete time. Beck is not going to incur unwanted labor cost. 2 weeks training/orientation and the rest billable time. This means lining up the contracts and shuffling from one to the next. External forces are against the investors due to the potential magnitude of the Y2k. Companies are not going to provide an amount when they file their reports so to expect a dollar amount on an annouced engagement would also be rare. Who wants to report a cost that effects the bottom line in the current or future period that is not directly tied to producing revenue? Later
