BUGS looks good to me but they seem to have a very ambitious program with many different initiatives. Hopefully there is synergy among these efforts. For sure they are going to need a lot of resources to pull this off. So I will be looking for both marketing/development achievements and efforts to increase their resources. I realize this is a totally different field but they remind me a bit of a biotech firm. Alliances might be a good way to bring more resources to bear. That would be really exciting. It is always interesting to see a new company lay out their strategy and begin to implement it. It doesn't always work out but if this one does, it will be great.

Frank, Here is my understanding of the type of IR that BUGS is planning on the internet. I believe it addresses most of your concerns. 1.) The construction of a website specifically designed with the investor (and current shareholder) in mind, containing all pertinent financial information both past & present. A site designed for viewing by not only the current shareholder base but also brokers and the investment banking community. Far more detailed than the current site. 2.) The marketing of that site through what I perceive as 'traditional marketing' efforts over the internet. Search engine registration, weekly meta tag auditing, profiles in credible online newsletters, online analysts reviews etc.. 3.) The site will contain a bulletin board for open discussion and company involvement (to include a dedicated IR person to fend off any negative comments and keep us up to date). 4.) A weekly audio interview with the president which can be listened to while on the Website. 5.) The construction of a real time database which will include all the current shareholders and an attached guestbook for interested investors to submit their email and name. Anyone in this database will be automatically updated with any pertinent company news. <"Yet noteworthy news is different than hype...."> Mr. Brehm has indicated that his past efforts although well intended fell far short of his expectations: <"and I am still waiting for this Email notifier to bring me my first piece of news">. I do not believe that spamming is part of the program and Mr Brehm has indicated to me that he does not want nor need "hype" or "promotion" associated with his company. I was told that the only people that will receive information will be those that request it (the guestbook). My thoughts are not unlike yours; that if the company continues to perform positively, current shareholders are kept informed, the brokerage community is enlightened as the share price gains momentum, and then possibly a top notch investment banking firm is allowed to enter the picture, there is no reason why this cannot be a $10 or higher stock. Based on what I have seen the company achieve in the past year I am a believer in BUGS and have no trouble telling anyone in my family about this stock. Keeping in mind that any stock investment is nothing more than a calculated risk in my opinion. The more homework we do the better our odds. As far as old Uncle Bill, well he died last year and missed his chance. Yes, I really had an Uncle Bill! I appreciate the time spent on analysis and I will definitely pass along your comments to Mr. Brehm. Keep it coming! Today I will looking for a buying opportunity. I really believe there is no stock out there and as soon as the word gets out it will move quickly. I expect profit taking resistance at $4 or $5. GY
