I think we are in agreement that the NASD does not have the stomach to police its self. Unfortunately, neither does the SEC have the stomach to police them. There are a sufficient number of egregious insidance of market manipulation that the SEC, were it so inclined could readily make examples of the worst there-by dampening the problem. Unfortunately that would require the SEC to get their a*s in gear, stick out their necks and do something. It's not wise to burn the village to catch a thief. Fred
