I have heard of the way Arsensio hires vagrants off
the street to man the boards for him but I wonder
where he came up with this Barbara J. Sounds like
she came right off of a Harley and has been through
the gang a few times. I picture her with a tattoo
somewhere on her face and one of those rings through
her nose with maybe a stick pin in the middle of
her tongue for emergency duty.
OH man what a gruesome picture. Please don't read
this prior to going to bed. The nightmares would be
horrible.

Here is another news release from Asensio. I hope that CCSI's CEO is willing to play hardball here. Clearly, Asensio has no limits with intemperate language and unsubstantiated accusation. Anyone know if CCSI or H&K are in a position to get equal time on the TV show to rebut Asensio?

Chromatics and Dreyfus Scandal to be Discussed on CNN/FN.

NEW YORK, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Manuel P. Asensio of Asensio & Company, Inc. is scheduled to appear on the CNN/FN cable channel tomorrow, June 11, 1998 at 9:10 AM on the program "Before Hours." Mr. Asensio is scheduled to be interviewed by Mr. John Metaxas concerning Asensio & Company's Chromatics Color Sciences International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCSI) research report. It is also expected that the topics will include Chromatics' dissemination of material false information to investors concerning the uniqueness and sales potential of its non-invasive bilirubinometer product and Dreyfus' trading in Chromatics' stock. Asensio & Company's Strong Sell recommendation estimates the value of Chromatics' stock to be less than $1 per share.

Asensio & Company is a New York based institutional investment bank specializing in corporate valuations and equity research. Asensio & Company also specializes in investigating fraudulent stock promotions and publishing research on grossly overvalued companies. Asensio & Company's published research reports, including a copy of our report on Chromatics Color Sciences International, Inc. and a complete record of our previous Strong Sell reports, are available on Asensio & Company's internet home page located at asensio.com.

CHROMATICS AND DREYFUS SCANDAL TO BE DISCUSSED ON CNN/FN.

This press release came from Asensio itself - note reference to CCSI
as OTC Bulletin Board and "Chromatics' dissemination of material false information to investors" - not even an "alleged" dissemination. BTW, has anyone else ever challenged Asensio in this fashion? It seems to be very effective - much more so than any press release from CCSI would be.
