Teri, They could have improved their time. I ordered a book last year and it took forever to arrive(3-4 weeks) and it was a common book. But I have read some articles and have heard some people who bought books this year complaining of the same things I experienced, which is why I had the impression nothing had changed. Regardless, BKS will prove to be a formidable competitor and the INTC/AMD analogy still stands<GGG>. BTW, BKS= Barnes & Noble (short for Books) BK
