As for the waste rock.

The property is located in the middle of a mining district and fortunately Mexico is not Wisconsin. Collect the runoff from the waste pad if a low pH is going to harm the environment and sent it to a water treatment plant. Establish a sinking fund to treat this water when the mine closes. Again, no big deal.

Should be an interesting feasibility study. The head grade is similar to what Rio Algom and gang appear willing to splash out $2B for in Peru isn't it? Tonnage is lower and strip ratio higher but makes an interesting comparison.

I think the shorts will win in the short term with this one since everyone has lost interest, but this one just might make it some day.
